• Dr. Jimmy Lamar Johnson’s accomplishments were many in the field of criminal justice and his professional affiliations were numerous.  Dr. Johnson was extremely dedicated to the Ohio Correctional and Court Services Association and took tremendous pride in his profession.  He believed in education and professional development.  With this in mind, the Dr. J. Lamar Johnson Scholarship was founded and is awarded in the amount of $500 to an OCCSA member who is already working in the field of criminal justice and who is a student in some form of higher education in a criminal justice related field of study.
